Shipping
*In the unfortunate event of a lost or damaged shipment, we
will take care of the issue through our courier and get you your product as soon as possible. If your package is damaged in
shipping, be sure to keep ALL original packaging and we will have a representative from our shipping company come to pick
the item up.
*Shipping for all International orders will be charged in full. Please contact us via phone or email with
your full mailing address and we will send all of the shipping options to your area along with the costs.
*We are not
responsible for any fees, taxes or duties levied by your country.

WARRANTY
*We will honor all manufacturer warranties and will take care of any warranty claims
based on each manufacturer’s guidelines.
*In the rare event that a manufacturer is out of business, we will include
that information at the time of purchase, and if an issue arises, we will do anything we can to resolve the issue within reasonable
measure.
RETURNS
*Please call or email us and we will issue a Return Authorization number. This number must
be written on any and all boxes that are being sent back.
*We will accept returns on UNUSED product within 15 days
of purchase for exchange or refund minus the original shipping and handling fees (if paid by us.)
*Please send all returns
via insured, traceable means. (i.e. UPS, FEDEX, USPS)
*We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments being
sent back to us, unless we have had our carrier come to pick something up from you.
*Any refused shipments will be charged
a 20% restocking fee and credited less the original shipping costs.
*All sales are FINAL on any custom product.
